Outgoing Message Service

We have varied and convenient message packages suitable for virtually all needs and budgets. Standard Plan service packages start as low as $10; reduced rates are available with our Professional and Enterprise Service Plans.

DESTINATION NOTE: Prices apply to messages delivered to phones in USA or Canada. International delivery is charged at 2 message credits per message.

Dedicated Number Incoming Message Service

• Dedicated 10 digit longcode number or
• Dedicated inbound shortcode covering Canada and USA.
• 3 month usage agreement only, no long term commitment.
• Free text back, either inbound or outbound messages are charged, whichever is greater in number.
• Enhanced inbound web services features.

By default, all incoming messages are sent by email. If you require custom message handling (for example, a special email format or a call into your web service) please contact us for details and pricing.

Terms

First 3 months paid in advance of number assignment. Subsequent services billed one month in advance. Longcode numbers can be setup the same day, dedicated shortcodes up to 90 days.

Shared Number Incoming Message Service

• Shared 10 digit longcode number or
• Shared shortcode numbers for Canada and USA.
• Assigned message prefix (all inbound messages start with a fixed character such as 'abc' or '$' etc...) to differentiate your messages from other clients'.
• Monthly usage agreement only, 3 month usage agreement for shortcode, no long term commitment.

Shared longcode service billed one month in advance. Can be setup same day. Shared shortcodes paid 3 months in advance of number assignment. Subsequent services billed one month in advance. Shared shortcode lead time for setup can be 2 business days

How To Buy

If you have not already done so, you will need to create an account before you can purchase outgoing or incoming message services.

• To purchase an incoming service contract, please contact us.

• To purchase outgoing message credits, log in to your control panel and click for the link "Purchase Message". You will be prompted to choose a package and provide billing information. Your payment will be processed immediately and if successful, the messages will be added to your account instantly. You will be able to print a receipt at that time, or from your purchase history at a later time.

Your payment information will be encrypted when it is transmitted to us, and we will also encrypt it before it is sent to the credit card processing center. For one-time purchases, once we receive confirmation that your credit card is accepted or declined, your payment information is discarded.
